新时期农村小学管理策略探究

【摘    要】在经济快速发展和社会全面进步的新时代，农村小学的各项管理工作都面临着全面发展和革新。在此背景下，农村小学要不断完善管理制度，将学生管理作为小学管理的目标，加强基本的教学管理，为学生提供更好的教学环境。

【Abstract】In the new era of rapid economic development and overall social progress， all management tasks in rural primary schools are facing comprehensive development and innovation. Under this background， rural primary schools should constantly improve the management system， take student management as the aims of primary school management， strengthen basic teaching management， and provide students with a better teaching environment.
