基于小学道德与法治课与法治教育融合的思考

【摘    要】小学阶段道德与法治方面的教学虽然在教学内容的难度和深刻性上并不高，但是小学生思想道德教育中非常重要的环节。道德教育与法治教育从本质上来讲具有非常密切的关系，如何在小学阶段的道德与法治课程教学中实现其与法治教育的融合是值得探讨的关键问题。

【Abstract】Although the teaching content of morality and rule of law in elementary school is not very difficult and profound， it is a very important link in the ideological and moral education of primary school students. Moral education and the rule of law education have a very close relationship in essence. How to realize the integration with the rule of law education in the teaching of morality and rule of law in elementary school is a key issue worthy of discussion.
