耕读教育融入涉农高职院校大学英语课程的现状、问题与改革路径

Abstract：WiththeacceleratingmodemizationofChina’sagricultureandthegrowingfrequencyofinternationalexchanges，the significanceofCollgeEnglishteachinginagriculture-relatedhighervocationalcollgeshasbecomeincreasinglyprominentThis paperadoptsmethodssuchasliteraturereview，questionnairesurveyandinterviewtoanalyzethecurentsituationofCollge Englishteachingintesecollges.hestudyidentifiesarangeofpressingissues：ambiguouscuculumpositoninginsucient studentlearningmotivatio，scarceteachingresources，rigidteachingprocedures，one-sidedevaluationmechanisms，anddfiecies inteachers’competencystructures.Theseproblemshaveexertedanegativeimpactonteachingqualityandtalentcultivation outcomes.Totacklehesechallnges，thisstudyproposesasix-dimensionalintegratedreformframework，encompasingcuulum goalrengieering，motivationenhancement，resourceintegration，teachingmethodologyinnovation，evaluationsystemefo，and facultycapacitybuilding.Thisframeworkhasbenputintopracticethroughteachingintiatives，withtheaimofimprovingthe qualityofColegeEnglishteachingandcultivating high-qualityagriculturalprofesionalshomeetthedemandsoftenewera. Practicehasdemonstratedthatintegratingelementsofthetraditional"Gengdu"（farmingandreading）educationintoColege Englishteachingefectivelybostsstudents'interestinleamingandtheirEnglishproficiency.Meanwhile，itstrengthenstheir identificationwithagriculturalcultureandenhancestheirprofessonalcompetence.Thisstudyofersnewperspectivesadpractical referencesforthereformofCollgeEnglishcurrculainagriculture-relatedhighervocationalcolleges，contributigtothe cultivation ofversatile agricultural talentswith both profesional expertiseand global communication capabilities.
