耕读教育融入涉农高职院校大学英语课程的现状、问题与改革路径

Abstract:WiththeacceleratingmodemizationofChina’sagricultureandthegrowingfrequencyofinternationalexchanges,the significanceofCollgeEnglishteachinginagriculture-relatedhighervocationalcollgeshasbecomeincreasinglyprominentThis paperadoptsmethodssuchasliteraturereview,questionnairesurveyandinterviewtoanalyzethecurentsituationofCollge Englishteachingintesecollges.hestudyidentifiesarangeofpressingissues:ambiguouscuculumpositoninginsucient studentlearningmotivatio,scarceteachingresources,rigidteachingprocedures,one-sidedevaluationmechanisms,anddfiecies inteachers’competencystructures.Theseproblemshaveexertedanegativeimpactonteachingqualityandtalentcultivation outcomes.Totacklehesechallnges,thisstudyproposesasix-dimensionalintegratedreformframework,encompasingcuulum goalrengieering,motivationenhancement,resourceintegration,teachingmethodologyinnovation,evaluationsystemefo,and facultycapacitybuilding.Thisframeworkhasbenputintopracticethroughteachingintiatives,withtheaimofimprovingthe qualityofColegeEnglishteachingandcultivating high-qualityagriculturalprofesionalshomeetthedemandsoftenewera. Practicehasdemonstratedthatintegratingelementsofthetraditional"Gengdu"(farmingandreading)educationintoColege Englishteachingefectivelybostsstudents'interestinleamingandtheirEnglishproficiency.Meanwhile,itstrengthenstheir identificationwithagriculturalcultureandenhancestheirprofessonalcompetence.Thisstudyofersnewperspectivesadpractical referencesforthereformofCollgeEnglishcurrculainagriculture-relatedhighervocationalcolleges,contributigtothe cultivation ofversatile agricultural talentswith both profesional expertiseand global communication capabilities.
