Abstract：Ruralrevitalizationdependsonpeople.As China’sruralrevitalizationstrategyadvancescomprehensively，a pressingquestionforbothhighereducationinstitutionsandlocalgovernmentsishowtoencouragegraduatesinagriculturerelated majorstoserveattheprimary-levellevel.Inresponse，theTaierzhuang Districtof Zaozhuang City，Shandong Province，has launchedthe"CustomizedVillageCadre"talentcultivationprogramincollborationwithlocalvocationalcoegesResearch findingsshowthatthisprogramoperatingindependentlyofforaladministrativestafing，hasiitiallyestablishedastadardized systemfortalentslectionshollocalgverentcollborativeeducation，ndincentieguarantees.Itfectivelybdgesth transitionpathwayforstudentsinagriculture-relatedmajorsfrom"studyingagriculture"to"practicingagriculture"，oferingnew insights into improving the cultivation and utilization of rural talents.
