Abstract：Theestablishmentofnewagriculturalsciencedisciplinesimposesnewrequirementsontheideologicalandpolitical qualitiesofagriculturaltalents.Thispaper，withafocusonthecourseofvegetablecutivation，delvesintotheinovative approachesandpracticaloutcomesofideologicalandpoliticaleducationwithinthiscourse.Throughasystematicarangementof theprofessionalkowledgesystemofthecourseandanin-depthexplorationoftheideologicalandpoliticalelementsembedded init，acoreideologicalandpoliticaleducationgoalsystemcenteredaround"patriotism，loveforagricultureandruralareas， ecologicalcivilization，scientificspirit，andcraftsmanshipspirit"hasbeenestablished.Aninnovative"knowledge-value"dual mappingappoachhasbeenemployed.Incombinationwithlocalcharacteristicvegetableindustrycases，thedeedsofagricultural scientists，andmodernagriculturaltechnologyethicsisues，aseriesoflocalizedandcontextuaizedideologicalandpolitical teachingcaselibrarieshavebeendeveloped.Tworoundsofpracticalteachinghavedemonstratedthatthismodelffectively facilitatesteorgancintegationofprofessoalknowldgedissmnationandvalueudance.Isignificantlystrengthnsstudnts professionalidentity，senseofocialresponsibilityndthemisiontostrengthenandrevitalizeagriculture，oferingareference model for the ideological and political construction of new agricultural science discipline courses.
