Abstract：Thevigorousriseofthedigitaleconomyhasprovidedahistoricopportunityforprofoundtransformationandvalue reshapingoftraditioalindustries.Thepurposeofthispaperistosystematicallydiscusstheinternallogictechnicalpathand practicalplanforthedigitaleconomytoempowertheoptimizationandreconstructionof Guangxissugarindustrysupplychain network.Through intellgentdataanalysisandprediction，acurateallcationofproductionfactorsandagileresponsetomarket demandcan beachieved，andthesupplychain structurecan beevolvedfrom linearand pasive tonetworkedandadaptive.In theend，thecomprehensivepenetrationofthedigitaleconomywilldriveGuangxi'ssugarindustrytogetridofitspath dependenceonresourcesandlabor，climb tothehighendofthevaluechainwithhighaddedvalue，highquality，andhigh resilience，andachievecostreduction，eficiencyimprovement，andqualityimprovementandgreenandsustainabledevelpment fortheentireindustialchain，whichwillbringcoredigitalmomentuminbuildingaworld-classugarindustryclusterwith global influence.
