Abstract:Inthecontextoftheruralrevitalizationstrategyitisofgreatsignificancetoimprovethequalityofpostgraduate trainingforagriculueelatedmajostpresetinterocsofjintlyultivatingprofesioaldgreeosadatetdntsy agriculturaluniversitiesandscienificresearchinstitutes,thereareproblemssuchassingletrainingmodel,unevenproce conection,andweakcolaborativeinnovationlinkage.Theresearchtakesthetrainingofgraduatestudentsmajoringinagronomy andseedindustryatQingdaoAgriculturalUniversityasanexample,andinovatestoformacolaborativetrainingmodelof "dualplatformsandthreesystems":Wecanbuilddualplatformsforschols-fullysharethebasictheoreticalplatformofschools andtheaplicationandpractice platformof institutions;wecanconectwiththethreesystemsofeducatingpeople-optimizethe seamlessconnetionoftheteachingsystem,trainingsystem,andmanagementsystem,andefcientlycordinatetheresourcesof bothparties.Thismodelefectivelypromotesthedeepintegrationofindustry,researchandscience,promotestheorganic combinationoftheoreticalinnovationandproductionpractice,andachievestheimprovementofthequalityandupgadingof professional degree postgraduate training.
