Abstract:Inthecontextoftheruralrevitalizationstrategyitisofgreatsignificancetoimprovethequalityofpostgraduate trainingforagriculueelatedmajostpresetinterocsofjintlyultivatingprofesioaldgreeosadatetdntsy agriculturaluniversitiesandscienificresearchinstitutes，thereareproblemssuchassingletrainingmodel，unevenproce conection,andweakcolaborativeinnovationlinkage.Theresearchtakesthetrainingofgraduatestudentsmajoringinagronomy andseedindustryatQingdaoAgriculturalUniversityasanexample,andinovatestoformacolaborativetrainingmodelof "dualplatformsandthreesystems":Wecanbuilddualplatformsforschols-fullysharethebasictheoreticalplatformofschools andtheaplicationandpractice platformof institutions；wecanconectwiththethreesystemsofeducatingpeople-optimizethe seamlessconnetionoftheteachingsystem，trainingsystem，andmanagementsystem，andefcientlycordinatetheresourcesof bothparties.Thismodelefectivelypromotesthedeepintegrationofindustry，researchandscience,promotestheorganic combinationoftheoreticalinnovationandproductionpractice,andachievestheimprovementofthequalityandupgadingof professional degree postgraduate training.
