Abstract：ThisresearchreliesontheDouyinplatformtobuildapersonalizedlearningpathinresponsetotheproblemsof strongtheoreticalandpracticalnatureofsedsciencecourses，largediferencesinstudentfoundations，andhomogenzationofthe secondclassroom.Byguidingstudentstotransformtheirprofesionalknowledgeintopopularscience ShortVideo，theyexperince afour-stagecyeleof"topicselection-creation-release-feedback"toachieve"learningbydoing"and"promoting learning throughteaching."Theimplementationresultsofthe2O2OagronomymajoratXizangUniversityofAgricultureandAnimalHusbandryshowthatstudents'interestinleaingandclasroomparticipationhavebeensignificantlyimproved，andtheirfinalexam scoresarebeterthanthoseofthecontrolgroup;students‘independentlearningability，scientficcommunication literacyand senseofsocialresponsibiltyhavebensimultaneouslyenhanced.Thispracticeprovidesausefulexampleforcollgecurriculum reform against the backdrop of Educational Informatization 2.0.
