新农科背景下南方草业科学专业人才培养改革探索

——以湖南农业大学为例

Abstract：Tomeetthediverse development needsof thegrassandindustry，the Grass Scienceprogramat Hunan AgriculturalUniversityhasundertakenasystematicreformofitsteachingframework.Byestablishinganintegrated"three-chai" curiculumsystemanda"course-competencymatrix，"theprogramhasachievedprecisealignmentbetweetalentdevelopment andindustrialrequirements.Thereformhassignificantlyimprovedteachingqualtythroughtheoptimizationofcoursecluster structures，updatingofinstructionalcontent，andinnovationinpedagogicalaproaches.Whilestreamliningthetotalcredit requirements，greateremphasishasbeenplacedonintegratingindustrywitheducationandenhancingpracticaltraining.This reformhasefectivelyimprovedstudents‘practicalandinnovativecapabilitiesandcultivatedalargenumberofcompound professional talents for the development of grass and animal husbandry.
