Abstract：Thispaperfocusesonthecorequestionof"howdigitaltransformationdrivesthetransformationofnewagricultural productivity."Basedongroundedtheory，itconductsamulticasequalitativeanalysisofsixrepresentativesmartagriculture projectsin ZhejiangProvince.Throughopen-endedcoding，axialcoding，andselectivecoding，afour-elementclosed-lop transformationmechanismmodelof"technology-driven-factorrestructuring-industrialupgrading-govemanceguarante"is constructed.Theresearchfoundthatdigitaltechnologyhasachievedthetransitionofagriculturalproductivityfrom"traditional factor-driven"to"data-intellgence-led"bypromotingthedigitalreorganzationofagriculturalproductionfactors，buildigan intelligent decision-makingsystem，extending theindustrial valuechain，andoptimizing thegovernance structure.
