Abstract:Thispaperfocusesontheorganicintegrationofvalueguidanceandinovationcapacitycultivationinhigher agriculturaleducationInresponsetothecurentproblemsofdisconnectionbetween"curiculum-basedideologicalandpolical education"nd"scientificresearchtraining",swellasthtargetgapi"undergaduate-postgraduatecultivation",itcostrcts coherentcultivationsystemdrivenbythe"knowing,loving,anddedicating toagriculture”valueasitsguideand"problemoriented + interdisciplinary"aproachesasitsdriving forces.Theresearchsystematicallyintegratesideologicalandpolitical educationreforminundergraduatecourseswiththeoptimizationofpostgraduatethesistopics,designingaprogresivepathof capacitydevelopmentfromvalueenlightenmenttoinnovativepractice.Thispathissupportedbyresourcecordinationmechanisms suchaslarge-scaleinstrumentsharingplatforms,leadingtoaholisticenhancementoftalentcultivationobjectives.Practice demonstratesthatthissystemcanefectivelypromotetheinternaliaionofstudents‘valueidentficationandthedevelopmentof theirinovation capacity,providinganoperable practical paradigmforthedevelopmentof New Agricultural Science.
