Abstract：Thispaperfocusesontheorganicintegrationofvalueguidanceandinovationcapacitycultivationinhigher agriculturaleducationInresponsetothecurentproblemsofdisconnectionbetween"curiculum-basedideologicalandpolical education"nd"scientificresearchtraining"，swellasthtargetgapi"undergaduate-postgraduatecultivation"，itcostrcts coherentcultivationsystemdrivenbythe"knowing，loving，anddedicating toagriculture”valueasitsguideand"problemoriented + interdisciplinary"aproachesasitsdriving forces.Theresearchsystematicallyintegratesideologicalandpolitical educationreforminundergraduatecourseswiththeoptimizationofpostgraduatethesistopics，designingaprogresivepathof capacitydevelopmentfromvalueenlightenmenttoinnovativepractice.Thispathissupportedbyresourcecordinationmechanisms suchaslarge-scaleinstrumentsharingplatforms，leadingtoaholisticenhancementoftalentcultivationobjectives.Practice demonstratesthatthissystemcanefectivelypromotetheinternaliaionofstudents‘valueidentficationandthedevelopmentof theirinovation capacity，providinganoperable practical paradigmforthedevelopmentof New Agricultural Science.
