过表达GsHAM1基因对黑农69、黑河43大豆嵌合体耐盐性的影响

Abstract:SaltstressharmsvariousphysiologicalindicatorsofplantsExcessivesaltconcentrationwillafectthegrowthand developmentofsoybeansandleadtoadeclineinsoybeanyield.Apparentmodificationsofhistones,includingmethylationand acetylation,arepartofepigeneticresearchandareofgreatsignificancefortheregulationofgeneexpresionPlantsencounter variousstreses duringgrowthanddevelopment,suchasabioticstreses,andapparentmodificationsofhistonesoftenplayan importantroleinthis.Inthisstudytwosoybeanvarieties,Heihe43andHeinong69,wereusedasresearchobjectstocnstruct hairyrootsthatoverexpressedthehistoneacetyltransferasegne(GsHAM1).Aftertransformingthehistoneacetyltransferasegene inanAgrobacterium rhizogen-mediated genetic transformation system for 3O days,they were treated with 50mM , 100mM ,and 200 mMNaCltoobserveitsphenotypicchangesandconductphysiologicalexperimentstofurtherunderstandthephysiological changesofsoybeansundersaltstress.ToexploretheroleofhistoneacetylationinsaltstressTheresultsshowedthatHeihe43 hadbeter salttolerancethan Heinong 69andoverexpressingthe GsHAM1genecouldenhance thesalttoleranceof theplant.
