Abstract：Cultivatingvirtueandnurturingpeopleisthefundamentalmissionofhighereducationinthenewera，andan importantmeasuretoachievethismisionistheintegrationofideologicalandpoliticaleducationintocuricula.Howeverthere arecommonissuesinteideologialandpoliticaleduationconstructionofprofessalourses，suchaspoorintegrationuclear objectives，anddificultyinmeasuringoutcomes.Thisstudy，guidedbytheOutcome-BasedEducation（OBE）concpt，takesthe corecourse LandUse Management intheLandResource Management programasan example tosystematicallyexplorethepath forintegratingideologicalandpliticaleducationintothecourse.Thepaperelaboratesontheinherentlogicalcompatibility betweentheOBEconceptandideologicalandpoliticaleducation，thenconstructsahierarchicalideologicalandpolitical educationgoalsystemthatalignswiththeprogram'sgraduationrequirements.Basedonthis，thestudydelvesintoand systemticalldesignstheintegrationofideologicalandpoliticalelementsintoeachknowledgepointofthecourse.Thrspefic implementationpatsuiclumontentreconsructioniovativeteacingmethods，ndassessmentandevauationrefom，hile establishingan"evaluation-fedback-improvement"mechanism.Theaimistoprovideareplicableactionable，andassesable practical modelforintegrating ideologicalandpoliticaleducationintotheLandResourceManagementprogram'scurriculum.
