Abstract：Ruralcivilizationreferstothepositive，healthyandharmoniousspiritualoutlokandmoralcustomsformedin ruralsociety.Itscontentcoversmanyaspectsofthematerialcultureandspiritualcultureofruralandruralpeople.Sincethe newera，withthein-depthadvancementoftheruralrevitalizationstrategy，theconstructionofruralcustomsandcivilizationhas usherediunprecedentedimportantopportunities.However，afectedbyvariousfactors，thecurrentconstructionofruralcustoms andcivilizationstillfacesmultilechallngessuchastalentshortage，imperfectsystems，resurgenceofunhealthycustoms，and weakinheritanceoflocalculture.Tothisend，itisurgenttocoordinateandpromotetheconstructionofcivilizedruralcustoms bystrengtheningtheleadershipofprimary-levelPartyorganizations，creatinganatmosphereofruleofvirtue，promotinggood family traditions，and cultivating local talents.
