Abstract：Inthecontextoftheruralrevitalizationstrategyandtheconstructionofnewagriculturaldisciplines，thisstudy addreses thepainpointsinthecourse"LandEngineeringBudgetEstimation"forlandremediationmajors，suchasurban-rural imbalanceinteachingcontent，disconnectionbetweeteachingmethodsandpracticeandasingleasessmentsystem.Itcarres outteachingreformsorientedtoward"servingruralrevitalizationandstrengtheningpracticalabilties."Byreconstructingdynamic coursecontent with "equalemphasisonurbanandruralareas，"buildingapracticalteachingsystemfeaturing"project-ledand virtual-realintegration，"andcreatingacomprehensiveevaluationmodelbasedon"four-dimensionallinkageandability orientation，"studentspracticalabiliesandprofesionalompetencehavebensytematicallenhanced.Teachingefective showsthatthereformshavesignificantlyimprovedstudents‘acuracyinbudgetpreparation，schemeoptimizationcapablities，and jobadaptabilityinruralprojects.Thisstudyprovidesareferencepathforcultivatingcompositelandremediationtalentstoserve agricultural and rural modernization.
