Abstract：InresponsetothemainisuesandchallengesinthedevelopmentofsmartagricultureinTianshuiCityunderthe contextofruralrevitalization，suchasfundingshortages，weaksmartagricultureinfrastructure，technologicalaplication botlenecks，andalackoftalent-atrinitydevelopmentframeworkforsmartagricultureinTianshuiCityhasbeenestablished： "technologyempowerment-modelinnovation－policycordination."Thestudyproposesstrategiesandrecommendationsincluding strengtheningpolicysupportandfinancialinvestment，promotingtheintellgentconstructionandaplicationofagricultural production，andfocusingoncultivatinglocalizeddigitalagriculturetalent.Thesemeasuresprovideimportantreferencevaluefor improvingagriculturalproductioneficiencyncreasingfarmersincome，andadvancingthedevelopmentofsmartagriculturein Northwest China.
