Abstract:Toaddresstheissuesofcentralization,ulnerabilitytodatatampering,lackoftransparencyandweakearlywaming capabilitiesintraditionalagriculturalproducttraceabilitysystems,thispaperproposesanorigintraceabilityandearlywarning supervisionsystemthatintegratesATinteligentsensing,largeodel-basedbehavioralcogitivewarngandblockchaintrusted certification technologies.Troughadedicatedorigintraceabilityterminal,thesystemensurestheauthenticityandimmutabilityof origininformation.Buildinguponthis,theplatformlayerutlizesaconsortiumblockchaintoestablishatrusteddatachainand introducesa"healthcode"inteligentearlywarningmechanismbasedonlargemodels.Thismechanismpeformsmultimodal sentimentanalysisonfedbackfromvariousstagesofthecirculationprocess,enablingproactiveriskidentificationTheapplication layerprovidestraceabilityinquiryandwamingsupervisionfunctionsforbothregulatorsandconsumers.Thesystemachievesfullprocesscoveragefromsourcedatacollction,trustedcertfiation,andinteligentwaringtoclosed-lopsupervision,providingan effective solution for enhancing the govermance capacity of agricultural product quality and safety.

随着我国农产品消费需求从数量型向质量型转变,消费者对特色高值农产品原产地信息的真实性与农产品流通过程的质量安全性日益被重视,传统农产品质量安全追踪溯源系统存在中心化、数据易篡改、溯源数据不够公开透明、流通过程预警难等问题,难以保障原产地信息的真实性与流通过程安全性,亟须通过新一代信息技术进行升级[1-3]。(剩余4149字)
