Abstract：Theextracuricularactivitiesinhighschoolsplayacrucialroleinbridgingtheorywithpracticeandpromotingthe overalldevelopmentofstudents.Theyalsocontrbutepositivelytothenationalruralrevitalizationstrategy.Theextracuriular activitiesoftheLandscapeArchitectureprogramatSouthwestForestryUniversityhaveachievedcertainresultsinenhancingrural environments，promotingindustrialdevelopment，andcultivatingpracticaltalentsthroughpracticalactivites.However，thereare sillchallenges，suchasadisconnectbetwenthecontentoftepracticalactivitiesandruralneeds，insuffcientresource integration，anddificultiesintransformingoutcomes.Therefore，reformsshouldbepromotedinareassuchasoptimizing informatiotransmisioneepeinguiversityvilgecollborationandblingaiversfiedsupportmeanismThswillelp exploreefectivewaysforuniversities toempowerruralrevitalization，providingamodelforsimilarinstitutions tofolow.
