Abstract:Themodernizationofagricultureandruralareasisaninevitablerequirementforbuildingastrongagricultural country，andanimportantwayandcorecontenttopromotecommonprosperityforfarmers.Atpresent，promotingthe modernizationofagricultureandruralareasfacesmanyproblemsandchallenges，suchastheneed toenhancethe competitivenessoftheagiculturalindustrystrengthentheagriculturaltalentteam,andiprovetheuralgovernancesstem.In ordertosolvetheabovepracticalconstraints，furtherpromotethedevelopmentofagriculturalandruralmodemization，and achievethedevelopmentgoalsofstrongagriculture,beautifulruralareas,andrichfarmers，weshoulddeepenreformand inovatiotopromoteagriculturalmodernization;improvepublicservicestopromoteruralmodermization；strengthentalentsuport to promote farmers modernization.
