Abstract：TheTang-TuboAncientRoad，establishedintheearlyTangDynastyfacilitatedTang-Tuboexchanges.Theintroduction of TubocustomstotheCentralPlainsreshapedtradionalatireanddiversifiedsociallife.AfterIndiansugar-makingtechnologywas introducedtotheCentralPlinsviatheTang-TuboAncientRoad，itimprovedChina’ssugar-makingtechniquesandchangedpeople's dietaryhabits.Meanwhile，alargenumberofChineseclasicswereintroducedtoTubo，enhancingthesinologyproficiencyoftheTubo rulingeliteandpromotingfriendlyexchangesbetweentheTangandTubo.TeafromtheCentralPlainswasintroducedtoTubointhemidTangperiod，mtingteeedsofthlocalpopulationtegratedwitTuboseligiouscultureteacametobeusedindetaypractice， medicine，and divination.
