Exploring the Transformation of Labor Exploitation in Digital Capitalism and Its Regulatory Pathways

Abstract:Withtheadventoftheinformationtechnologyrevolution，traditionalcapitalistsocietyhasundergonesignificantchnges: laboractivityhasshiftedfromavyphysicallabortodigitallabor;themeansoflaborhavetransforedfromsipletoolstodigitalized means;theobjectoflaborhasevolvedfrommaterialentiestodigitalizedvirtualobects.Thesetransformationsinthelaborprocesof capitalistsocietyhavedirectlyledtonewcangesinlabrexploitation:thfsofexploitatioaveshiftdfromexplicitoplicitthe degreofexploitationhasintensifiedsignificantly，andthescopeofexploitationhasevolvedfromlcaltoglobaliedexploitation.In responsetothesetransfoationsinlaborexploiationthispaperproposesgulatorystrategiesfromthreedimensios:sublatingeode of productionindigitalapitalistsociety，adheringtoapeopleentereddevelopmentpilosophy，andfosteringsienceandtechology conceptsthatpromoteinclusivelivelihoods，therebyregulatingthenewformsoflaborexploitationindigitalcapitalism.

伴随着互联网、大数据和人工智能等数字化科技的发展，资本主义的社会形态也逐渐由传统转变为数字资本主义，这一转变是由于传统资本主义的生产关系无法适应现有生产力的发展，而发生在资本主义社会形态内部的动态调整，因此，数字资本主义并未超脱出资本主义社会的范畴。（剩余6181字）
