Abstract：Basedon Marx’stheoryonurban-ruralrelations，thispaperfocusesonthecountylevelasakeyspace whereurbanand ruralareasintesetItaguestathileina’surbanzationasachevedcertainresults，itstllfcshalengssuchsdiiishing marginalretuns，urbanils，andalowhouseholdregistrationurbanizationrate.Meanwhile，countiesexhibitaphenomenonof“spacerightsdecoupliItteaticalllosthiisisfbraliteadelopnt：isitiolieatiooc modernizationculturalinteraction，servicequalizatioandlowcarbonecologyThepaperpointsouthattecountylevelistlyan “intermediaryzone”forurban-ruralresourceexchangebutalsoastrategicpivotforbreakingtheurban-ruraldualstructureandachieving wel-roundedhumandevelopment.Urban-ruralintegrationisotaone-wayabsorptionof thecountrysidebythecity，butrathera structuralrestructuringorientedtowardthevalueof“comprehensivehumandevelopment”.Itconstitutesasinicizedresponsetoarx’s proposition of “eliminating urban-rural opposition".
