Abstract：Strengtheningtheprofesioalethicsandconductofhighereducationfacultyisanimportantpathwaytodeliverngeducation thatmetsthepeople’sexpectations.Chinahasimplementeda“one-voteveto”systemregardingprofesionalethicsandconduct.Tis papertakes35typicalcasesofviolatiosofthTenGuideliesforeacers’ProfesionalBehavioriighereducatioreporedbythe MinistryofEducationbetwee2O19and2023，asitsresearchobjectsUsingtextanalysisandeployingNvivo1.Oforcoding，it examinestheumberofreporedcasesovrtheyears，egiosinvledetypsofistutis，tecategisofsconuctdte corespondingdiipliarymeasurs.Basedontisanalyss，itidentifesthhallngesfacingthconstructionofprofessoaliand conductihighrducationintesofstatusonent，ndpracticalimplementationInespose，itproposescountemeasuresthe keyareas：strengtheningtop-evelesigtostablishepriorityofprofesioalethicsandconductdevelopent，adoptingageted measures toaevefullcoveragendimprovinglongmehantoaslateprofesioaltandadsintonceteevedatios.
