Abstract:Strengtheningtheprofesioalethicsandconductofhighereducationfacultyisanimportantpathwaytodeliverngeducation thatmetsthepeople’sexpectations.Chinahasimplementeda“one-voteveto”systemregardingprofesionalethicsandconduct.Tis papertakes35typicalcasesofviolatiosofthTenGuideliesforeacers’ProfesionalBehavioriighereducatioreporedbythe MinistryofEducationbetwee2O19and2023,asitsresearchobjectsUsingtextanalysisandeployingNvivo1.Oforcoding,it examinestheumberofreporedcasesovrtheyears,egiosinvledetypsofistutis,tecategisofsconuctdte corespondingdiipliarymeasurs.Basedontisanalyss,itidentifesthhallngesfacingthconstructionofprofessoaliand conductihighrducationintesofstatusonent,ndpracticalimplementationInespose,itproposescountemeasuresthe keyareas:strengtheningtop-evelesigtostablishepriorityofprofesioalethicsandconductdevelopent,adoptingageted measures toaevefullcoveragendimprovinglongmehantoaslateprofesioaltandadsintonceteevedatios.
