Abstract:Tispaperexplorestherelationshipsamong“efortrewardimbalance”,emotionalinteligence,perceivedsocialsuport, andsubjectivewell-being.AquestionnairesurveywasconductedamongundergraduatestudentsatUniversitySinXinjiangusingthe Perceived Imbalance BetweenEfortandRewardQuestionaire,theGeneralWell-BeingQuestionnaire,thePerceived SocialSupport Questionaire,ndtheEmotionalIntellgenceQuestionnaire,yielding793validresponses.Resultsindicate:(1)Perceivedibalance betwenefortandrewardsignificantlynegativelypredictscollgeanduniversitysudents’subjectiewell-eing;(2)Perceivedsocial supportmediatestherelationshipbetweenprceivedimbalanceoffortrewardandsubjectivewell-beingamongcollgeanduniversity students;(3)Eotalinteligeneandperceivdialsupportxertaamdatedectbetwnperceiedibalanefor reward and subjective well-being among college and university students.
