Examining the Dilemmas and Reconstruction Pathways of Vocational Values among Higher Vocational College Students in the Context of Digital Transformation

Abstract：Thispaperemploysaqualitativeresearchmethod，conductingin-depthinterviewswith1Ohighervocationalcollge studentsandusingGroundedTeorforcodinganalysisofthedata.Testudyfindsthatthealenationofvocatioalvaluesprimarilystes fromthreefactors：thediscoectbetweeeducationsupplyandindustrialdemand，hichodeslabordignityalgorithmichasms thatinducecogitiearoingdvocatioalilsindefureofhoolterpselboatiochatesaacinte shapingofvocationalvalues.Efortsshouldbemadefromthreeaspects：retuingtotheesenceofeducation，reshapingtechological cognition，andstrengtheninginstitutioalcoordination，sostconstructaneweducatioalmechanismatintegratestcholgical development，industrialdemand，andtheomprehensivedevelopmentofindividuals，therebyprovidingpracticalpathwaysforvalues education in higher vocational colleges.
