Examining the Dilemmas and Reconstruction Pathways of Vocational Values among Higher Vocational College Students in the Context of Digital Transformation

Abstract:Thispaperemploysaqualitativeresearchmethod,conductingin-depthinterviewswith1Ohighervocationalcollge studentsandusingGroundedTeorforcodinganalysisofthedata.Testudyfindsthatthealenationofvocatioalvaluesprimarilystes fromthreefactors:thediscoectbetweeeducationsupplyandindustrialdemand,hichodeslabordignityalgorithmichasms thatinducecogitiearoingdvocatioalilsindefureofhoolterpselboatiochatesaacinte shapingofvocationalvalues.Efortsshouldbemadefromthreeaspects:retuingtotheesenceofeducation,reshapingtechological cognition,andstrengtheninginstitutioalcoordination,sostconstructaneweducatioalmechanismatintegratestcholgical development,industrialdemand,andtheomprehensivedevelopmentofindividuals,therebyprovidingpracticalpathwaysforvalues education in higher vocational colleges.
