Abstract:Asaformofvirtualpropertyself-mediaaccountsface three majorchalengesindivorcedivision:disputesoverheir propertyatrbuteisiteigoeipndiflinuessmtTisarstatspiteissor itspropertyatributes,self-mediaaccountsshouldberecogzdasaforofvirtualproperty.Itersofownership,whiletheplatfo holdsownership,usersenjoytherightofuse.Forspouses,therightofuseshouldbedeterminedprimarilybasedonthe“registrationbasedprinciple”,withthe“operaion-basedprinciple”servingasanexception.Theeconomicvaluegeneratedfromsuchacountssould bedividedasarialpropertyValueaesntsouldecoducedbyprofessoalistitios,takingtdateoftrustedalr actual valuationasthreferencepoint.TheInterbrandmodelmayserveasarference,withacomprehensiveaessmentincoporating factorssuchasthesizeofthefanbaseandoperatingcosts.Adionall,relevantlaws,regulations,andevaluationsystemsshouldbe improved to achieve equitable division.
