Abstract:Inthecontextofinstiutionaldisembedding,surplushumancapitalflowsoutwardduetothepullofurbanareas,leaving theirchildrenintheirfamiliesoforiginUnderacceleratedism,theabsenceofmedialiteracybindstheirlifetimetoasimulated environment,whereclusteringaroudplatfomssuchasKuaishouandengagingin“expandingCP”activitieshasbecomeaprevailing trendnducingrce.desreapdin“ducatilesietoltiplectos:elackfsbolicialal families,stuctualweansingasotstowshpacgstaffearcitoftageeolltpacatkylsdte inconsistentqualityoftutoringistitutions.BasedonfieldresearchconductediuralareasofFuyang,Suzhou,Ma’anshanandWuhuin Anhui Provincebetwen2O19and2025,thisstudyadoptsanempowermentperspectiveandemployscaseworkandgroupworkasprimary interventionmetdsIexplorspathwatoitigatethmpactofsbdifluencesonleftbehidchilden,facilitateteiducatioal mobility through stratified empowerment,and promote their self-awareness and development.
