Abstract The integration of professional ethics education and labor education for medical students is of great practical significance for the development of labor education in the new era，the improvement of professional ethics， andthepromotion of high-quality education development. The article analyzes the curent status of professional ethics education for medical students，clarifies the value of labor education in cultivating their professional ethics，and constructsanintegrated system ofprofessionalethics education and labor education from fourdimensions： curiculum， practice， culture，and evaluation.The aim is to provide theoretical and practical references for cultivating new era medical talents who combine morality and technology.
