Research on the Optimization of Practical Teaching System in Vocational Nursing Major from the Perspective of Competency-Based Approach

AbstractAgainst the backdrop of the depening implementation of the Healthy China strategy and the continuous promotion ofmedical system reform，clinical practice has put forward higher requirements for the practical ability and comprehensive literacy of nursing talents. As the main channel for cultivating frontline nursing talents，the quality of vocational nursing education's practical teaching system directly determines the efectiveness of talent cultivation. Ability based educationfocusesonvocationaljobskilsandaligns withthe vocationalorientationofhigher vocational nursing education.Based on the perspective of competency based approach，this article systematically analyzes the problems existing in the current practical teaching system of vocational nursing profession， and proposes targeted optimization strategies，aiming to construct a practical teaching system thataccurately matches the job requirements， enhance the job competence of vocational nursing talents，and provide theoretical reference and practical path for the reform of vocational nursing education.
