AbstractTraditional vocationalEnglish teaching has problems suchas disconnection betweenlearing andapplication, andsolidificationofteacherroles,mainlyduetoinsuffcientalignmentbetweencoursecontentandprofessionalneeds,as well asasingleteaching processBasedonthis,thearticlecombines thecharacteristicsofSPOCsmal-scalerestricted onlinecourses withthe teaching needsofvocationalEnglish,andproposes tooptimize thesupplyofonlineresources to meet personalized leaming needs;Refactoring the teaching implementation process and promoting the transformationof teachers'roles;Strengtheningtheintegrationofpracticalactivitiesandhighlightingprofessonalcharacteristicsare strategies to enhance students'ability toapplyprofessional language,promote teachers toshift from knowledge transmitterstoleamingguides,achieveprecisealignmentbetweencoursecontentand professonalneeds,ndhighlight the vocational education atributes of vocational English.
