AbstractTraditional vocationalEnglish teaching has problems suchas disconnection betweenlearing andapplication， andsolidificationofteacherroles，mainlyduetoinsuffcientalignmentbetweencoursecontentandprofessionalneeds，as well asasingleteaching processBasedonthis，thearticlecombines thecharacteristicsofSPOCsmal-scalerestricted onlinecourses withthe teaching needsofvocationalEnglish，andproposes tooptimize thesupplyofonlineresources to meet personalized leaming needs;Refactoring the teaching implementation process and promoting the transformationof teachers'roles；Strengtheningtheintegrationofpracticalactivitiesandhighlightingprofessonalcharacteristicsare strategies to enhance students'ability toapplyprofessional language，promote teachers toshift from knowledge transmitterstoleamingguides，achieveprecisealignmentbetweencoursecontentand professonalneeds，ndhighlight the vocational education atributes of vocational English.
