AbstractWith the rapid development of China's economyand the continuous optimizationand upgrading of industrial structure，higher requirements are placed onskilld talents inthiscontext. Vocational education is a harbor forcultivating skiled talents，andits talentcultivationshould kepup withthepaceof thetimes，andthetraining modeshouldconstantly inovate.Thearticleisbasedonthecomprehensiveeducationconnotationof"jobcoursecompetitioncertificate"，analyzes the necessityofcomprehensive educationthrough"jobcoursecompetitioncertificate"，and proposes practicalstrategies for cultivating vocationalskilldtalents，mainlyincluding：setigcoursesbasedonjobpositionsandreconstructingthecuculum system; Promote teachingthroughcompetitionanddeepenteaching refom;Evaluate leaing through evidenceand improve the evaluation mechanism;Itegrating courses，competitions，andcertificates tooptimize teachingresources.This studycan provide theoreticalguidanceand implementationstrategies forthe trainingofprofessionals ininfantandtoddlercareservices and management， and has positive significance for depening vocational education reform.
