AbstractEnginering ethics educationisacorecomponentincultivating high-levelengineering talents'awarenessof socialresponsibility.However,traditional evaluationmethods for engineering ethicscourses have problems suchasa disconnect between theory and practice,and insuficient process evaluation.The article proposes adigital teaching evaluationframeworkforgraduateenginering ethicscoursesbasedonartificialintelligence technology.Byconstructing anintellgentanalysisplatform,designingmultidimensionalevaluationindicators,andoptimizingdynamicfeedback mechanisms,theframeworkachieves preciseandpersonalizedteaching evaluation.Onthis basis,theeffectivenessofAI toolsinethicaldecision-makingabilityasessment,leaming behavioranalysis,and teaching strategyoptimizationis demonstratedthroughspecificcases,providingtheoreticalbasisandpractical guidanceforthedigitaltransformationof engineering ethics education.
