Cultivation of Clinical Thinking in Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Nursing Teaching for Students

AbstractTCM clinical nursing work requires nurses to integrate TCM theory with clinical practice,flexibly analyze patients'conditionsand formulate appropriate nursing plans,which is inseparable fromsolid clinical thinking.However, thecurrent situation of cultivating students'clinical thinking in TCMclinical nursing teaching is not optimistic. Focusing on the cultivation of students' clinical thinking in TCMclinical nursing teaching,this study explores the training paths from four aspects: strengthening the integrated teaching of basic TCM and nursing theories,carrying out simulation training based on treatment and nursing according to syndrome differentiation,introducing discussions on typical and diffcult clinical cases,and implementing process-oriented assessment and evaluation.Itaims to help students gradually form clinical thinking in line with the characteristics ofTCM nursing and make the teaching process more in line with the actual clinical needs.
