Research on the Implementation of the "Modular" Curriculum System for Prefabricated Buildings Based on Post Capability Orientation

AbstractAgainst the background of the construction industry's transformation to prefabricated buildings and the upgrading oftalent demand driven by industrial upgrading,the existing vocational education courses arediffcult to meet the talent training needs ofthe industry due to problems suchas disconnection between content and post tasks. Therefore, this paper focuses on the development ofa "modular"curriculum system for prefabricated buildings based onpostcompetency orientation.First,itdeconstructs thecompetencyrequirements from threedimensions: knowledge, skils,and literacy,then constructsadynamicadaptation mechanism featuring modular decomposition,flexible combination,and progressiveconnection,and proposes a full-process implementationstrategy based on this.Practical verification shows that this system significantly improves students'post skilsand comprehensive abilities,providing a practically valuable academic reference for the reform of vocational education courses.
