AbstractTo solve the problem of talentcultivation in vocational primary education majors being disconnected from the needs of frontline positions,this articleconstructs aPBL project-based teaching modelunder the integration of " post,course,competition,andcertification".Byanalyzingtheintegrationlogicofthefour elementsofjob,course, competition,andcertification,aseriesofteaching projectsaredevelopedandimplementedandevaluatedusingproject management tools such as 5W2H.Research has confirmed that PBL project-based teaching can efectively enhance students'vocationalactionabilityand vocational transferability,providingareferenceplanforinnovative teacher training models.
