AbstractTo solve the problem of talentcultivation in vocational primary education majors being disconnected from the needs of frontline positions，this articleconstructs aPBL project-based teaching modelunder the integration of " post，course，competition，andcertification".Byanalyzingtheintegrationlogicofthefour elementsofjob，course， competition，andcertification，aseriesofteaching projectsaredevelopedandimplementedandevaluatedusingproject management tools such as 5W2H.Research has confirmed that PBL project-based teaching can efectively enhance students'vocationalactionabilityand vocational transferability，providingareferenceplanforinnovative teacher training models.
