AbstractObjective:Toexplore the practical effectofthe DeepSeekADDIE modelontheconstructionofasystematic training modelforcorecompetenciesofemergencydepartmentnursing intems.Method: Atotalof86 nursingundergraduate studentswhointernedintheemergencydepartmentofthehospitalfromJune2025toOctober2025wererandomlydivided intoacontrol groupandan intervention group,with43students ineach group.Compare thepass rateofemergencyskils operationassessment,total scoreandkeydimensionscoreofcorecompetencyscale,and psychologicalresiliencelevel between twogroups.Result: Afterteaching, thequalifiedrateofemergencyskilsoperation assessmentforthe intervention group students was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant ( (P<0.05) ;After teaching,the total scoreand keydimensionscoresofthecore competencyscale inthe intervention group werehigher thanthose inthe control group,and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) ;After teaching,the intervention group hadahigher level of psychological resilience among students( (P<0.05) .Conclusion: The systematic training model for the core competencies of emergency department nursing interns basedon the DepSeek ADDIE model has shown significant results.Students'emergencyskilsand corecompetencies have been fully exercised,which helps tocomprehensively improve their psychological resilience and is worth promoting.
