高校家庭经济困难学生“志智双扶”发展型资助工作路径研究

AbstractTaking the “dual-support of aspiration and intellgence” financial aid for economically disadvantaged universitystudents as the entrypoint,this articleanalyzes the mainproblems currently existing in universityfinancial aid and education work.Ithen proposes a developmental aid pathwayof"dual-supportofaspirationand intelligence,"” mainly including: combining economic asistance with academic support, giving equal importance to motivational education and psychological counseling,linking skillenhancement with employment asistance, integrating social practice and volunteerservice,andestablishing a tracking-feedback andcontinuous-improvement mechanism.Theaim is to provide references for improving the qualityof developmentalfinancial aid under the“dual-support of aspiration and intelligence"model for economically disadvantaged university students.
