Analysis of the Status and Influencing Factors of College Students' Participation in Volunteer Service Sustainability

AbstractCollege students are thebackbone of young volunteers and an important group to promote the high-quality developmentofvolunteer service.It isofgreatsignificanceto study thecurrent situationandinfluencingfactors of their participation inthecontinuousbehaviorofvoluntaryservice.Inthisstudy，249collegestudentvolunteers wereselected as the esearch subjects.The volunteer service motivationquestionnaire， interpersonal response indicator questioaire， volunteer role identity questionnaire and volunteer service behavior persistence questionnaire were used for investigationand analysis.The studyfound that theoverall levelofcollege students ‘volunteerservice persistence was low.It is suggested to promote the continuous development ofvolunteer service behavior and improve the quality and effectiveness of service by enhancing volunteer motivation， improving service guarantee and incentive mechanism.
