Reform of Management Course Teaching under the Background of New Quality Productivity

AbstractAgainst thebackdrop of rapid development of new quality productivity，the demand for high-quality management talents in current society is increasing day byday，and traditional teaching models are no longer able to meethis requirement.Therefore，theteaching reform ofmanagementcourses is particularlyurgent and important.The article focuses on the necessity of teaching reform in management courses under the background of new quality productivity，and proposes aseries ofpractical strategies， including optimizing teaching objectives，enriching teaching content，innovating teaching methods，integrating teaching resources，andstrengthening the construction of teaching staff aiming to improve the teaching quality of management courses and cultivate high-quality management professionals who can adapt to the development needs of new quality productivity.
