AbstractWiththecontinuousupgrading ofmedicallaboratoryautomation，intelligence，andprecision，the industry's demand for medical laboratorytechnologytalents with acombinationofmedicineand engineering is increasing.The traditional medical education modelcanno longer meet the talent needs of the medical laboratory industry.Therefore， the articletakes the Medical Laboratory Technology major atNorth Henan Medical Universityas an example，with industry demandas the guide，industryeducation integration，and school enterprise cooperation asthe mainpaths，to construct a "2+1+1" medical engineering integrated medical laboratory talent training model， in order to cultivate medical laboratory talents with interdisciplinary innovationawarenes，strong practical ability，and adaptability to industry development.
