Construction of a Collaborative Mechanism between Administrative Management and Teacher-Student Services in Smart Campus Development

AbstractUnder the background of digitaltransformation in education，smartcampus has become the core carrier for universities toenhance governance efficiency，andthecoordinationofadministrative afairs management and teacherstudentservices is thekeyto its functionalimplementation.Thearticle focuses onthe adaptation deviation between the solidification of administrative processes and the dynamic demand for teacher-student services in the current construction of smartcampuses in some universities.Starting from the definition of core concepts，it sorts out the supporting，driving，and linking logical relationships between the two; Analyze the problems and causes of process discontinuity，weakened demand transmission，and ambiguous rightsand responsibilities incollaboration; Propose paths such as processreengineering，demand mechanismoptimization，andcollaborativecarrierconstructiontoprovide theoreticalreferences fortheconstructionof effcientcolaborative mechanisms，andtoassist inthe transformationof smartcampuses from "technology stacking"to "eficiency release"，improving the modernization level ofuniversity governance and the service experience of teachers and students.
