Medical Department，Suzhou Ninth People's Hospital， Suzhou，Jiangsu Province，2152Oo China Abstract： ObjectiveTo conducta visual analysis ofthe research status and hotspots ofhospital archives management，to provide research directions and data references for future hospital archives management programs.Methods The research data were obtained from the core database of China Knowledge Network（CNKI） （Peking University Core and CSSCI），and the relevant literature ofthe database from January 20O to December 2O24 was screened. CiteSpace and VOSviewer software wereused to onducta visual analysisofthe publications，authors，institutions and keywords of the literature.ResultsA total of 413 papers were included inthe study.The trend of publication volume showed that the volume of publications in the field of hospital archives management peaked in 2O13.Keyword analysis showed that the focus of domestic hospital archives management gradually overstepped from management to "Internet+" and digitalization，forming a management approach with smart hospitals as the mainstream. ConclusionThe relevant literature in the fieldof hospital archives management during the period of 20-2024 Was visualized and analyzed to summarize the current statusof researchon hospital archives management in China duringthis periodand the future research trends，which provides certain data references for the research inthis field.
