Research on Innovative Strategies for University Library Reader Services in the Information Age

Abstract: In thecontext of digital transformation,universitylibrary service innovation is facedwith the structural contradictions between traditional service modelsandthe ubiquitous and scenario-based needs of users,and in the faceof the functional limitations of traditional services in terms of spatio-temporal constraints,,linearcirculation mechanism and lack of cognitive interaction,universitylibrariescanachieve breakthrough improvement in service eficiency through multi-modal knowledge reorganization,smart portal construction and machine learming algorithm iteration.Intelligent recommendationsystem basedonuser portraits can improvethe effciencyofresource access,thecross-library cloud platform can shorten the literature acquisitioncycle,theembedded discipline service modulecan reduce the information retrieval costof scientificresearchers,andthe cognitive enhancement service framework can builda three-dimensional innovation matrix of "demand perception-context adaptation-value co一 creation",providing anoperational path foruniversity libraries to realize the transformation from resource providers to scientific research collaborations.
