Exploration of the Application of Internet of Things Technology in Inspection and Testing of Lifting Machinery for Special Equipment

1.Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region; 2.Inner Mongolia University of Technology， Hohhot， Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region， O1oo8o China Abstract： With the increasing complexity and inteligence of the aplication scenarios of special equipment lifting machinery，the traditional manual inspectionand testing mode is no longerable tomeet therequirementsof realtime，precise，and eficient supervision.To enhance the informatization levelof inspections for special equipment lifting machinery，the problems existing intraditional special equipmentlifting machinery inspection and inspection were analyzed，and then specific measures suchas building an Internet of Things data platformand integrating multi-source data were discussed，achieving the upgrade of lifting machinery inspection and inspection from manual extensive to intelligent and precise.
