Guizhou Aviation Vocational and Technical Colege， Guiyang， Guizhou Province， 55oooo China Abstract： With the continuous progressof science and technology，the importance of applying new mechanical manufacturing technologyfor greenmanufacturing is increasingly prominent and has received widespread atention fromall sectorsofsociety.Firstly，this paperintroduces theconceptof green manufacturing，which emphasizes environmental protection and resource conservation throughout the entire product lifecycle.Secondly，it explains the problems of high energy consumption and severe air pollution emissions assciated with traditional mechanical manufacturing processes.Thirdly，it provides a detailedanalysis of various new processtechnologies，including dry cuting technology， precision forming technology and high-speed machining technology. Finally，based on practical cases， it analyzes the key application points of the new mechanical manufacturing process.
