Research on Optimization Strategy of New Energy Consumption Under Source-Grid-Load-Storage Collaborative Regulation

Abstract: This paper proposes an optimization strategy for renewable energy consumption based on coordinated regulationofgeneration,grid,load,andstorage.Byintegrating multi-objectiveoptimization models,ahybridchaotic particle swarm algorithm,and multi-agent reinforcement learning,hierarchical partition schedulingand crossregional power mutual aid are realized. Simulation results show that the strategy improves renewable energyutilization to 95.9% ,reduces curtailment to 4.1% ,and controls frequency deviation within ±0.12Hz ,demonstrating robustness and cost-effectiveness under complex conditions.
