Hebei Expressway GroupRoad Materials Co.,Ltd., Hengshui,Hebei Province,O532oo China Abstract: Aiming at the technical botleneck of compatibility and thermal stabilityof polymer modified asphalt,a new preparation and performance control system for polymer compositemodified asphalt has been established.A three-dimensional network structure combining physical interlocking and chemical bonding was constructed through multi-component colaborative design,staged shear dispersion,and cross-linking stabilization processes. The evolution of microstructure and rheological response patterns were systematically analyzed,and the significant improvementof thecomposite system inhighand low temperature stability,ruting resistanceand aging resistance was verified, which provides a feasible path for the engineering application of modified asphalt.
