Abstract: In the contemporary industrialfeld,asthecore power device,the reliabilityof high-voltage electric motor operation is directly related to energyutilization eficiencyand production continuity.Traditional insulation materials and structures are prone to aging and partial discharge problems in the high-voltage, high-temperature and high-magnetic environment,which seriously afects the normal operation of high-voltage motors.Based on this, thisarticleexplains theproblems existing inthetraditional insulationmaterialsandstructuresofhigh-voltage motors.,analyzes theapplicationadvantages and mechanismsofnew insulationmaterials suchas nanocompositeinsulationmaterials,high-temperature superconducting insulationmaterials,and novel film insulationmaterials,and explores the optimization design of insulation structures.The purpose is to provide a theoretical basisfor energy saving andefficiency improvement in the industrial field and promote the sustainable development ofrelated industries.
