Research on the Application of Prefabricated Composite Floor Slabs in Aluminum Formwork Systems

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the transformationand development towards industrialization of construction, andbycombining practical examples ofnew construction systems from real projects,this article introduces the specific applications of prefabricated composite floor slabs in aluminum alloy formwork systems from aspects such as the positionof the lintel,the position of the reversebeam,the flue openings,the supporting system of compositebeams andslabs,andthesupporting systemofthecaissnstructure,inordertofurtherverifyand explain that prefabricated composite slabs can enhance the quality of actual measurement and testing,solve the problems of early removal of support poles,reduce the risks of cracks and leakage in composite slabs,and minimize isues suchas slab staggering and grout leakage in the aluminum alloy formwork system. The combination of prefabricated composite floor slabs and aluminum alloy formwork systems ofers advantages such as high construction efficiency,excelent molding quality,and controllable costs,making itan important method and measure for achieving quality improvement and efficiency enhancement in construction projects.
