Guodian Investment Laiyang Nuclear Energy Co.,Ltd.,Yantai, Shandong Province,2652Oo China Abstract:Due to the problems of insufficient global optimizationand low maintenance eficiency in traditional designof bridge cranes,this research adopts an explanatory structural model to construct a parameter system for the main beam of the bridge frame,and quantitatively evaluates the performance of the bridge frame by combining structural functional derivative coeficients.The results indicate that the optimized design achieves a 13.1% reduction in self weight,the material cost and maintenance cost decreased by 17.97% and 25% respectively,and the optimized design increased the fatigue life of the structure by 2.3 times and reduced the design cycle by about 40.5% Optimizing design has certain effectivenes incost control while ensuring load-bearing capacity.This provides technical support for the safe and effcient operation ofbridge cranes,and has important reference value for promoting the sustainable development of the lifting machinery industry.
